The request is free and may cover Move&Groove, Carnet Corporel or both.
REQUEST
How to request deletion
Email contact.movegroove@gmail.com from the address linked to the account with the subject “Account deletion”. Include your name, account email and whether the request covers Move&Groove, Carnet Corporel or both.
If there is reasonable doubt, limited information may be requested to prevent fraudulent deletion of another person's account.
EFFECT
What is deleted
After verification, access is closed and data no longer needed is deleted: profile, history, photos, measurements, sessions, preferences and related content.
Deletion is irreversible. Download anything you wish to keep first. Closing an account does not automatically cancel orders, invoices, payments or refund requests.
TIMEFRAME
Response and completion
Move&Groove normally responds within one month, subject to lawful extensions. Confirmation is sent when the main operation is complete.
Isolated technical copies may disappear later through normal rotation without being restored or reused.
EXCEPTIONS
Data that must be retained
Some information remains archived with restricted access where law, accounting, contractual evidence, fraud prevention or legal defence requires it. It is no longer used for ongoing tracking or marketing.
You may complain to the CNIL or the competent authority if you disagree with the response.
