Legal notice and general terms
Version dated 11 August 2026. These terms cover the website, shop, coaching and Move&Groove digital services, including Carnet Corporel.

Who provides the services?
MOVE&GROOVE is a declared association, registered under SIREN 933 765 745 and SIRET 933 765 745 00015, main activity 93.12Z. Contact: contact.movegroove@gmail.com.
The publication director is MOVE&GROOVE's legal representative. Hosting and technical provider information may be supplied to competent authorities where required by law without publicly exposing security-sensitive details.
SCOPE
Services covered
These terms apply to the website, contact and booking requests, individual or group coaching, online or in person, corporate services, programmes, challenges, the shop and digital services.
Carnet Corporel records assessments, photos, measurements, sessions and notes. It is an indicative tracking tool, not a medical device, diagnosis or medical consultation.
ORDER
Prices, orders and payment
Prices, essential features, costs, duration and payment terms are shown before confirmation. A contact or booking request is not an order until confirmed by Move&Groove.
Customers must review the summary, correct errors and accept the applicable terms before paying. Confirmation is provided on a durable medium.
SHOP
Products, delivery and warranties
Availability, delivery area and estimated time are shown before purchase. Images are illustrative and minor non-material differences may occur.
Mandatory legal warranties apply. Supplements or food products do not replace a balanced diet or medical advice; instructions, precautions and contraindications must be followed.
COACHING
Exercise and safety
The content, frequency, place, duration and price are those confirmed in the booking or contract. Participants must provide accurate information and report pain, contraindications, pregnancy, treatment or relevant health changes.
If symptoms or doubt arise, activity must stop and professional medical advice should be sought. No physical, sporting or aesthetic result is guaranteed.
CARNET CORPOREL
Account, subscription and estimates
Users protect their access code, keep information accurate and promptly report suspicious access. Access may be suspended for fraud, dangerous use or security risk.
The trial, duration and price shown at subscription apply. There is no automatic renewal without clear information and express consent. Access may be included while an eligible Move&Groove coaching service is active.
Measurements derived from photos, formulas or connected devices are estimates with a margin of error and never replace a clinical measurement.
PHOTOS AND CONTENT
Use limited to the requested service
Carnet Corporel photos and data are private. They are not published, used for advertising or used to train artificial intelligence models without separate, explicit and revocable consent.
Users must hold the rights to uploaded content and may not submit another person's data without permission.
WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION
Ending a purchase or service
Where the withdrawal right applies, consumers normally have fourteen days from the service contract or receipt of goods. Legal exceptions and return costs are disclosed before purchase.
Early service performance requires an express request. A subscription or account may be ended through the available account tool or by email. Personal data deletion follows the separate process described on the dedicated page.
LIABILITY
Availability and limits
Move&Groove uses reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and available services but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, incidents or force majeure may cause temporary suspension.
Move&Groove is not liable for use contrary to instructions, inaccurate user data or medical decisions based on estimates, subject to liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Protected content
Brands, texts, software, graphics, databases, videos and exercises are protected. Substantial reproduction or reuse without authorisation is prohibited, except where permitted by law.
Users retain rights in their own content and grant only the technical permissions needed to host it and provide the requested service.
COMPLAINTS
Data, mediation and governing law
Complaints may be sent to contact.movegroove@gmail.com. Before selling to consumers, Move&Groove must publish the details of the competent consumer mediator it has appointed.
French law governs these terms without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence or overriding mandatory jurisdiction rules.
