Data collected
Forms may collect your identity, contact details, language, city, preferred coaching format, goal, current level, availability and message. The review form also collects the rating, review, length of use, and the context and approximate date of the guidance received.
Product reviews and verification
The email address is confirmed before moderation. Move&Groove then verifies the guidance relationship before publication. Full names and email addresses remain private; only the first name and surname initial are displayed. Positive and negative reviews can be published when they describe a personal experience and follow the rules.
Purpose
The information is used to handle your request, prepare the consultation, contact you about Move&Groove services and verify the source of a review before publication.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent and, where the relationship continues, on pre-contractual steps requested by you.
Retention and recipients
Data is not sold.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable by emailing contact.movegroove@gmail.com.
Security
No secret key is exposed in the browser. Future integrations will be configured on the server and limited to necessary services.
